Dr. Cole utilizes a wide variety of treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. Dr. Cole works with client’s to find an approach that works for them to help them get the most of their therapeutic experience.

Dr. Cole works with couples around a wide variety of issues, including communication, conflict resolution, decision making, infidelity, phase of life issues, and increasing intimacy & connection.

Dr. Cole is in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (including Blue Home), Cigna, United, and Medicare. Individuals without insurance may contact Dr. Cole regarding fee for service rates.
